D&D U-Wash Self-Service Car Wash

This has been a good place to wash my tacoma in the past. This last time I made the mistake of using my ATM card. Just looked at my bank statement and found I'd been charged almost double what their machine had said.

If your a woman or have daughters please do not go here!! I needed help starting the pressure washer and couldnt find anyone so i went up to the purple door since it was cracked open. I saw a guy in a flatbill cap hunching way over a computer and he was literally using the cameras to watch female customers inappropriately on the screen. It made me feel so uncomfortable. I told my friend about it and she said an older lady actually kicked her out of this same exact carwash before just because of what she was wearing. So basically they would rather blame and police women instead of dealing with the guy staring at the monitors. The whole vibe is totally unsafe for girls. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else edit: the owner responded accusing me of slander and defamation. i can not believe this is the response to what i saw. i thought an owner of a business would take my concerns seriously and im in complete shock. to clarify the man i saw hunched over had his hand on a computer mouse which was lower, and the monitors he was looking at were up above. i guess its the equipment room. but if you look immediately to the right and up a bit in the equipment room youll see the monitor

Had a great experience and I was abit confused on how to get the soap to shoot out the brush and the staff saw me trying to figure it out and came over and helped out without me even asking 😂 amazing service and great environment to just relax and wash your car and enjoy the background music Thanks guys!

Far too expensive, I regret going here. I rushed starting with a fairly clean car, used only spray, skipped the brush, skipped half the soap/wax options, and still managed to racked up $30. This is triple what I typically pay at other self service washes.

I use this wash almost every other weekend. Every single time I use it, all of their items are in functioning order and cycle fast enough to not feel like I'm waiting around wasting time for the soap to turn off. The Triple Foam gun sometimes gets clogged and it sorta just snot rockets out instead of fanning, but I can usually get it resolved by shaking the gun around or smacking it with my other hand. Other than that, I will keep coming here for fantastic and dependable equipment. It's also nice that they have an attendant on site during standard hours should any issues come up, though none have come up so far where I needed assistance.
